Prof.Zuqing Zhu

BIO: Zuqing Zhu received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of California, Davis, in 2007. From 2007 to 2011, he worked in the Service Provider Technology Group of Cisco Systems, San Jose, California, as a Senior Engineer. In January 2011, he joined the University of Science and Technology of China, where he currently is a Full Professor in the School of Information Science and Technology. He has published 360+ papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He is the Steering Committee Chair of the IEEE International Conference on High Performance Switching and Routing (HPSR), and was the Chair of the Technical Committee on Optical Networking (ONTC) in IEEE Communications Society. He has received the Best Paper Awards from ICC 2013, GLOBECOM 2013, ICNC 2014, ICC 2015, and ONDM 2018. He is a Fellow of IEEE.

Prof. Zibing Zheng

BIO: Zheng Zibin, Doctoral Supervisor, Vice Dean of the School of Software Engineering, IET Fellow, Senior Member of IEEE. Research interests include mobile Internet, big data mining, software services, machine learning and blockchain. Published 1 Springer English academic monograph and over 200 papers, including 2 highly cited ESI papers, 26 ACM/IEEE Transactions, twice awarded the Best Paper Award and twice nominated for the Best Paper Award at CCF A and B international academic conferences, with over 11400 Google academic citations and an H-Index of 50. Won the National Natural Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, Guangdong Young the Pearl River Scholars, Guangzhou the Pearl River Science and Technology Star, ACM China Star Nomination Award, CUHK Young Scholar Thesis Award (one of the three winners in the university), CUHK School of Engineering Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award (the only winner), the top flagship conference in software engineering International Software Engineering Conference (ICSE) ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Award, ICWS Best Student Thesis Award, etc

Prof. Hongzhi Wang

BIO: Wang Hongzhi, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1978. Long term professor and doctoral supervisor; Director of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Director of the Massive Data Computing Research Center of the Computer Science Department, Head of the Data Science and Big Data Technology Major, Director of the Key Laboratory of Big Data Science and Engineering in Heilongjiang Province, and Head of the Young Scientists Studio at Harbin Institute of Technology; Secretary General of the Alumni Association of the Department of Computing. Outstanding member of the Chinese Computer Society and IEEE Senior member.

His research focuses on databases, big data management and analysis, big data governance, etc. He has published over 350 papers, been indexed more than 100 times by SCI, and has cited more than 4000 times. He has led more than 10 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China's key projects and international cooperation projects, and participated as a major member in the National Natural Science Foundation of China's key projects, as well as a number of provincial and ministerial level key projects and multiple international cooperation projects. Received titles such as Heilongjiang Province Teaching Master, Young Longjiang Scholar, Microsoft Scholar, China Excellent Database Engineer, IBM Doctoral Talent, etc., won 1 Natural Science Award and 1 Higher Education Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Education, and was a member of the Heilongjiang Province "Head Wild Goose Plan" team.

Prof. Soung-Chang Liew,United States

BIO: Professor Soung Chang LIEW received his S.B., S.M., E.E., and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From 1984 to 1988, he was at the MIT Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems, where he investigated Fiber-Optic Communications Networks. From March 1988 to July 1993, Professor Liew was at Bellcore (now Telcordia), New Jersey, where he engaged in Broadband Network Research. He is currently Professor and Division Head at the Department of Information Engineering, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He is also currently a Co-Director of the Institute of Network Coding at CUHK. He was Department Chairman from 2006 to 2009, and Associate Dean of Engineering from 2004 to 2006. Besides his appointment at CUHK, Professor Liew is Adjunct Professor of Peking University and Southeast University in China.

Assoc. Prof. Taotao Wang

BIO: Wang Taotao, Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, and Postdoctoral Collaborative Supervisor. Dr. Wang Tao Tao obtained his Ph.D. in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, his Master's degree in Signal and Information Processing from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and his Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2015, 2008, and 2004, respectively. I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Network Coding at the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2015 to 2016. I started working as an assistant professor at the School of Information Engineering (now the School of Electronic and Information Engineering) at Shenzhen University in 2016. In 2019, I was appointed as a special associate researcher and in 2021, I was promoted to a permanent associate professor. The main research areas are blockchain technology and its applications, deep reinforcement learning technology in artificial intelligence, wireless networks and communication.

Assoc.Prof. Bin Chen

BIO: Expert in the evaluation of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, science and technology expert from the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission and the National Development and Reform Commission, recipient of high-level overseas talents in Shenzhen, and senior member of IEEE. PhD in Communication from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Published dozens of SCI/EI indexed papers in well-known academic journals and international conferences both domestically and internationally. Hosted and participated in the completion of multiple national, provincial, and municipal scientific research projects. Research interests: Blockchain consensus mechanism, smart contract security mechanism, smart contract application, big data technology, application of deep reinforcement learning in cloud computing network optimization, and programming implementation of algorithm applications.

BIO: He received my B.E. degree (advanced class) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Ph.D. degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2018,He joined the Shenzhen University as an assistant professor in the College of Electronics and Information Engineering and also the principal researcher in the Blockchain Technology Research Center of Shenzhen University. His research interests span blockchain technology, intelligent energy, and wireless networking. He prefer system implementation than mathematical modeling. He is looking for both academic and industrial collaborations.
